ZEPHYR - Decentralized Heat Recovery Device
ZEPHYR is a smart wall-mounted heat recovery ventilator - a decentralized ventilation unit with heat recovery, designed for rooms without a central ventilation system or ductwork. It is installed directly in the wall and supplies fresh air to each room individually, without large heat losses.
How it works
At its heart are a ceramic heat exchanger and a two-way fan. ZEPHYR runs in 70-second cycles: in the exhaust phase it extracts warm indoor air and charges the ceramic core, then reverses the airflow and warms the incoming fresh air with the heat stored in the core. In summer the same principle cools the incoming air. Heat recovery efficiency reaches up to 90%.

Modes and control
ZEPHYR has three ventilation modes: cycle mode with heat recovery, supply only and exhaust only. Night mode keeps it almost silent. Three humidity levels can be set: when the set level is reached, the unit switches to exhaust mode automatically and removes excess moisture.
It is controlled by an IR remote or a mobile app over Wi-Fi: remote access, weekly scheduling, real-time temperature and humidity readings and filter replacement reminders. Several units pair with each other even without internet and run in parallel or in reverse - while one supplies air, the other extracts it. This gives continuous ventilation and allows separate ventilation zones.
Installation
The unit is installed in a 160 mm pipe in walls 250-500 mm thick, and in walls as thin as 150 mm with a special exterior hood. A foldable exterior louvre allows installation from inside, which is especially convenient in high-rise buildings. Decorative aluminium front panels are available in several shapes and colours.
